Welcome to the family!

Hi there! My name is Corey Gray and I am the Founder and CEO of Geniusology, Inc. At Geniusology, our goal is to awaken the genius in every scholar we come in contact with through innovative and individualized instruction. 

Our organization was birthed during the height of the Coronavirus pandemic in Janaury 2021. I was a third grade public school teacher at the time and my district pivoted from in-person instruction to over a year of virtual instruction overnight. During this time, I became frustrated with the constraints of our pedagogical approach and envisioned a system that provided an individualized experience for all scholars - one that eliminated the inequities exposed during the pandemic and challenged the educational system in and of itself. After countless hours of prayer, reflection, and thought, Geniusology came to be.  

Growth is in the DNA of our organization. We have never encountered a scholar that followed their "Individual Success Plan" and not change for the better. Our scholars showcase dramatic growth, including progressing over one year of content within a few months of consistent instruction. Our program may be intensive, but is also intentional. We want to transform and correct the education system, one child at a time. The work your scholar will do at Geniusology will plant and water the seed within them to change the very world we live in and the one that they create.

Outside of actively leading our organization and working with our scholars, I also have held various roles in public and private education, such as elementary educator, middle school math educator, special education educator, gifted education mentor teacher, department head, and adjunct professor. I am a resident of Atlanta, Georgia and am in my final year of doctoral studies at the University of Georgia, studying Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Gifted and Creative Education. I am a forever student and desire to share that same passion for teaching and learning with your scholar.
